The role
We are looking for a senior chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, you will cook and prep your fridge using local produce. In service you will cook to order. As the kitchen uses seasonal local produce, the chefs work together to create the menus and the menus can change depending on the seasonal produce available. This role will include all the normal senior chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a senior chef de partie from a fresh food background, you will have good knife skills and able to deal with seasonal produce.
